Zakres obowiązków

  • Work as the Finance lead and as a key financial operations partner to support the Regional Head of Finance with the business growth.
  • Provide strategic advice on operational efficiencies, financial policies, and business strategy. Plus, review and manage from the financial perspective all contracts, including information and advice on or negotiate the financial aspects of any legal disputes or action.
  • Maintain a strong sense ownership of the importance for accurate and timely reporting within Corporate and local deadlines.
  • Oversee in conjunction with country & commercial unit Finance Leads all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Know very well and maintain the internal controls applicable to the region financial process and statements.
  • Help coordinate all audits efficiently and prepare audit support effectively to avoid cost overages.
  • Communicate clearly and formally the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and status to senior leadership.
  • Assist Head of Finance in the annual budget process to ensure financial information is well understood, accurate and presented timely and effectively.
  • Develop the appropriate reporting formats to present variances to the annual budget throughout the year.
  • Reconcile and report both local margin and group margin.
  • Oversee regional liquidity by developing and maintaining a rolling cash forecast model to ensure necessary liquidity.
  • In conjunction with country finance teams manage and track the Company's rebate and regulatory programs effectively.
  • Ensure all monthly and quarterly accounting is performed accurately and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to national financial and accounting standards and processes. Participate as a resource and subject matter expert with corporate management on best practices and improvements to financial operations.

Wymagania

  • Experience in the Agro chemical industry or agriculture (production, processing, trading) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, forecasting, budgeting and business performance measurement systems and an ability to develop, document and execute detailed budgets, forecasts, and effective and practical business plans to drive growth and performance
  • Strong interpersonal, employee development, performance management and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with all levels of personnel within the organization.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally present financial information to senior management and corporate executives.
